Site supervisors have multiple responsibilities: very simply, they run the job site and are in control of the whole project. No matter your site supervisors, you can be confident that they are experts in general construction practices.
- Each supervisor has over 30 years experience with high-end custom home construction and remodeling in Fairfield and Westchester Counties
- Coordinates any subcontractors to be used
- Imposes strict quality control standards
- Enforces general construction practices

Gregory Woodworks' Shop Operations Manager:
Our shop operations manager joined Gregory Builders in 1995 and has fifteen years of construction experience. His job is to turn diagrams and plans into reality for the client. He assigns segments of each job to different individuals within the shop and monitors the production process from start to finish.
Gregory Woodworks' Shop Quality Control Manager:
A veteran of the millwork and cabinetry industry with more than 20 years of experience serves as the liaison between the client and the millwork shop. He sees that each job is built and hung to exacting specifications. At the end of the job he does a complete walk-through with the client to make sure that all systems are working properly and that the client understands how to use them.
